About festivalpilot
festivalpilot is a festival timetable app for iOS and Android. It helps festival-goers plan their weekend, resolve conflicts between bands playing at the same time, and stay on top of the schedule on-site — multi-stage overview, live mode at the venue, walking times between stages, genre filters, and push reminders. Fully without an account, all data stored locally. GDPR-compliant with German servers in Nürnberg, no tracking, no third parties.

What matters to us
festivalpilot is a small, independent studio without investors and without VC pressure. We're building the app we want for ourselves on festivals — clear, offline, no tracking. What sets us apart isn't the feature list, it's that data stays local and the entire stack is hosted in Germany. We appreciate when this stance is reflected in press coverage.
Available for interviews
For coverage in music blogs, festival magazines, or tech podcasts we are happy to make ourselves available. Topics we can speak to: festival data modeling, GDPR-compliant app architecture, the German-speaking festival scene from a data perspective.
