Before you write
If possible, include your device, app version, operating system and the affected festival. For timetable or lineup corrections, band name, stage, day and time are especially helpful.
Common Topics
- Festival or timetable missing: We add new data once it is reliably available.
- Wrong set time or stage: Send us the specific slot and we will review the correction.
- Offline mode not working as expected: Open the festival once while online so the data is available locally.
- Pro or purchase issue: For billing issues, please also contact the relevant app store.
